Who can sell machinery on Plant Machinery Traders?
Ad placement is available to all users of our site (private party and dealer). Our ads start at £17 (for a basic ad) and is available using our Place An Ad feature. Click on the Sell tab link on the top of any page. The process is simple – you’ll have your ad online in no time! Dealers or equipment brokers are invited to use our Dealer Tool to start selling today as well.
What if I have more than 1 item?
Our policy for our Private Seller is 1 (one) item per ad or a group of like items for 1 (one) combined price. If you are a business and wish to advertise multiple listings see the question under the Advertising Help section that begins: “How can I advertise services or products?”

How do buyers inquire about my equipment?
Buyers can contact you (seller) from Machinery Detail page. Selecting “Make Offer” button on the page will open up the contact form that then sends out an email to you and also saves the sales lead. Note: you can view your Sales Lead report when you log in the Marketplace.
Can I buy equipment from other sellers? -
Yes, you can be a buyer to find equipment in Plant Machinery Traders from other sellers when you have dealership account or not. You can also follow your favourite sellers.
Does Machinery Marketplace own any of these equipment?
No, Plant Machinery Traders is a marketplace platform where buyers and sellers meet to buy and sell equipment. We do not own any of these equipment.
As a buyer, do I need to register an account?
No, you do not need to have an account. All you need are your email address and your phone number when you enquire sellers’ equipment.
How long will the ad stay online?
A listing’s time online varies between our package offerings. They can last anywhere between 2 – 4 weeks depending on what is chosen. We send notifications for renewal before an ad is taken offline. Once offline you have 7 days to renew the listing until its automatically deleted.
